At Soil Kings, we’ve always been proud of offering one of the best delivery options available for landscaping supplies in Calgary. We guarantee next day delivery for all online orders submitted before midnight (excluding Sunday and holidays), and we even do our best to accommodate contractors who require same day delivery.
The “Bag Guys” charge you a delivery fee on every single bag of product — even though they only drive to your house once! At Soil Kings, we charge a flat delivery fee by the trip. Whether you order 1 cubic yard or 12 cubic yards, it’s one trip for us, so we only charge you delivery once. It’s only fair.
But our outstanding delivery service isn’t the only way to get the landscaping products you need. We welcome contractors and homeowners to come to our convenient SE Calgary location just off of both Stoney and Glenmore to pick up their landscaping supplies Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. Our team is on hand to make picking up your products fast and easy.
We Load Your Truck.
There is no extra charge for pick up, and you’ll enjoy a full service experience, as our staff loads your truck for you. We have two different loader buckets on site to make loading your truck simple. Just make sure your back is open as we load your vehicle from the top. Because of that, we cannot load covered trailers, cube vans, etc.
FYI:
A cubic yard of soil weighs about one tonne. A half-ton truck can generally contain between 1-2 cubic yards of bulk soil or garden mix. Smaller pickup trucks typically have enough room for about one cubic yard.
More Flexibility.
When we order your landscaping products online, we deliver whole cubic yard quantities only (no half cubic yards). But if you come to our location for pick up, we’ll load your truck as much or little as you want. Keep in mind, we have a minimum purchase of $40 on our bulk soil products. Whether you need 1 or 2 cubic yards of screened topsoil, we will charge you the minimum $40.
We strive to make picking up your landscaping products as easy as possible. We accept debit, VISA, Mastercard, and cash right on site, and we always have all our products in stock. No appointment or need to call ahead of time. Just double check our hours (8am-5pm Monday-Friday & 8am-2pm on Saturday) before you drive over! Remember Soil Kings may be closed due to weather.
